After an incredible week of meaty treats, Smith & Son Corner Kitchen was voted GatlinBURGER Burgermeister. During the GatlinBURGER week, guests visited restaurants throughout Gatlinburg, TN, to try amazing specialty burgers. Following GatlinBURGER week, “The Italian Job” was voted fan favorite. As a result, we proud to be named the Inaugural GatlinBURGER Burgermeister! Thank you all for visiting and participating in GatlinBURGER Week. “The Italian Job”
Offered for a limited time, The Italian Job featured two Prime Brisket blend patties, topped with creamy melted gruyere. Accented with caramelized onions, thin crispy pastrami wedges, and mouthwatering dill pickles. This flavorful burger was finished off with a roasted red pepper garlic aioli. And served on a perfectly toasted sweet brioche bun.
