1. Nachyo Nachos

We put a unique Smoky Mountain twist on our Nachyo Nachos, house-made potato chips smothered with smoked pulled pork, beef brisket, jalapenos, red onion, tomatoes, fried onions, spicy pickles, cilantro, cheddar cheese, and a special sour cream sauce. It’s the perfect shareable plate to enjoy before your main dish arrives! 

2. Chicken Wings

Another crowd-pleasing appetizer is our wings, which we brine, season, and then fry to perfection. We offer a variety of delicious sauces, including Smoky BBQ, Korean BBQ, and a dry rub, as well as blue cheese or ranch on the side for dipping. 

3. The “Q” Sandwich 

The “Q” takes a traditional pulled pork sandwich to a whole new level! We pile our smoked pork butt onto a grilled bun with coleslaw, tomato, and fried tobacco onions and serve it with a side of BBQ sauce. Our waffle-cut sweet potato fries or onion rings make a great addition to this juicy sandwich!

4. Pit Master MacDaddy

We combine two of our favorite things– barbeque and cheese– by baking smoked pork butt on top of our creamy mac and cheese. Then, we top it with pico de gallo, sweet BBQ sauce, and fried tobacco onions. You won’t want to eat mac and cheese any other way ever again!

5. Pit Master or BBQ Bacon Burgers 

If you’re hungry for a burger, we’ve got 2 delicious options with elements of smoky barbeque. The Pit Master includes 2 fresh burger patties plus smoked pork butt, topped with cheddar cheese, tomato, cole slaw, spicy pickles, and fried tobacco onions on a grilled brioche bun. Another fantastic option is the BBQ Bacon Burger– 2 fresh patties basted in barbeque sauce, pecan smoked bacon, and melted cheddar cheese. 

6. Slow Cooked Ribs

Our slow-cooked ribs might just be the best BBQ in Gatlinburg! We’ve created our own unique dry rub, and we ensure the pork ribs are cooked low and slow for the best fall-off-the-bone tenderness. Smothered in house-made barbeque sauce and served with baked beans and coleslaw (or your choice of sides), this dish is a feast!

7. Smoked Yard Bird

8. BBQ Sampler

If you can’t decide what to order, why not try a bit of everything? The BBQ Sampler includes a half rack of ribs, a half bird, and pulled pork. Choose from sides like potato salad, French fries, mashed potatoes, baked beans, coleslaw, and more to complete your meal!
