• Blacksmith: our signature Old Fashioned crafted with Heaven’s Door Tennessee Bourbon, dark brown sugar simple syrup, cranberry bitters, and black cherries.
• Moonshine Mule: a refreshing combination of local Ole Smoky Moonshine, fresh lime, and ginger beer. Choose your moonshine flavor– blackberry, strawberry, peach, orange, and more.
• White Trash: Ole Smoky Strawberry Moonshine, pineapple juice, and a can of White Claw Mango. (Ain’t no laws when you’re drinkin’ Claws!)

Chews – Smith House Lounge Menu

Our affordable food options are the ideal match for your drink of choice. The Smith & Son menu features traditional American cuisine such as footlong hot dogs, juicy burgers, and thick sandwiches, but we also put a Smoky Mountain twist on classic Southern dishes such as our BBQ pork topped mac and cheese, smoked meatloaf, open-faced roast beef, and tender fried chicken wings. Do you like Mexican food? We serve up loaded nachos, queso quesadillas, taco salad, and much more. What about seafood? Yes, we have that too! Order fish and chips, fried shrimp, or the catfish coated in a buttermilk brine and deep fried in cornmeal. There is truly something for everyone!
